I should start this off by saying that I am PISSED OFF! I gained AGAIN this week! Only 0.6 but STILLL! I have been working hard, but apparently not hard enough, and it is very discouraging!
New commandments this week (nothing to do with Jesus, lots to do with eating):
NO PIZZA! I get the sense this is screwing me over! Not even the pizza in my fridge, someone else will have to eat it.
WEIGH & MEASURE! To be sure i am not self sabotaging because of lack of care.
Workout AT LEAST 4 times, if not more.
And...try to drink more later.

Weight Mirror
Ok, this is going to be weird, but I heard about this website from someone on the weight watcher's website called weightmirror.com. It lets you "adjust" your weight up or down and see what you would look like. I know this is not an accurate representation but it's kinda neat. The pictures below are my starting pic and my "weight loss" pic... allegedly at around 184 lbs. It's a bit warped but kinda cool to see!

I am doing okay this week in the REAL world of weightloss.. have been keeping on track with points, haven't gotten in much exercise cuz I've been so busy and my swine flu shot hurt my arm something wicked! Those are probably just excuses but i'm sticking to em for now :P

Monday, Monday
So I had a pretty successful weekend, didn't go crazy overboard on anything and go some exercise in. I have been doing 30 DS every few days, it leaves me SO SORE I can barely move so i think I am gonna alternate it with aquafit every other day.
This is gonna be one hell of a busy week with essay writing and presentations, and these are the worst times for me to sit and snack. I will have to be strong and remember my goals!

Weigh in day
So I weighed in this morning, UP 1.4 lbs...BOO! I am thinking it is because of my time o' the month..and hoping I will see a bigger loss next week. I have a feeling that if I keep doing the 30 Day Shred workout (with Jillian from Biggest Loser) I will HAVE to see some results...as it totally kicks my ass!
Other than that I guess I will just be more diligent with tracking my points..and perhaps be a little more careful how i spend them (ie. not having a muffin for 9 points because I end up starving at the end of the day).
For now I am off to volunteering, then home to work out then work till 12am. It's gonna be a long day!

A fresh start
I am starting my weight loss journey again. My starting weight (this time around when I began the program 2 weeks ago) was 267 pounds.
So far my progression has been as follows:
Fri Oct 30: 267 lbs
Fri Nov 6: 266.4 lbs
Fri Nov 13: 262.4
Total loss to date 4.6 pounds.
I weigh in every friday...tomorrow is my next weigh in day.
I have been following the weight watcher's program pretty closely, eating only my daily share points of food and exercising regularly.
Exercises:
Aquafit:
30 mins in total
-> 4 mins of treading water- with at least one minute of treading with arms above my head
-> 10 full pool laps, 5 breast stroke, 5 back stroke
-> 20 reps of reverse crunches in water
-> 20 reps of forward crunches in water
-> 1 min of treading with toes above water (both legs-ab workout)
-> 1 min of right leg up
-> 1 min of left leg up
-> 20-30 "laps" running back and forth across shallow end, legs as high as possible
-> 20 reps right arm raises
-> 20 reps left arm raises
-> 20 reps both arms raises at once
-> 20 reps left leg raises
-> 20 reps right leg raises
-> 20 reps both legs raises
-> 5-10 mins relaxing in hot tub
and/or
20 mins of 30 day shred DVD
I am going to include some terribly unattractive photos of me so i can take some every week to track my progress. This is something i wish i had done before so I will do it this time!
